Small reformer classes, kept unhurried, so every session actually meets you where you are — not where the schedule wishes you were.
Meridian began with one stubborn idea: that getting stronger shouldn't feel like being processed.
I spent fifteen years teaching in rooms that ran like conveyor belts — forty bodies, a stopwatch, a playlist turned up to cover the fact that no one could see you. So I built the studio I wanted to teach in. Nine reformers. Real cues. Instructors who remember your left knee and ask about it next week.
Every class is built around control, breath, and precision — the things that actually change how you move. You leave taller, not wrecked. That's the whole point.
Every class is small and fully cued. New to the reformer? Start with Foundations — the rest opens up from there.
Your first ten sessions. Slow, thoroughly cued, and unhurried — the springs and the vocabulary, learned properly.
Continuous, full-body, moderate pace. Strength and mobility strung together in one steady line.
Heavier springs, higher intensity — always controlled. For when you want to be worked, not rushed.
Slow mobility, breath, and long holds across reformer and mat. The reset your spine has been asking for.
Two or three of you, near-personal attention. Bring a friend and progress on your own terms.
One-on-one and fully tailored — rehab, pregnancy, sport, or simply the fastest way to learn.
Comprehensively certified, genuinely present. You'll get the same few faces each week — that's on purpose.

The nicest measure of a studio is how long people stay. Ours tend to stay a while.
"I've tried the big franchise reformer places. This is the first one where the instructor actually watched me and fixed things. My lower back thanks Dana weekly."
"We booked a semi-private as a couple thing and now it's the appointment we protect. Small room, real attention, zero gym-bro energy."
"Came in six weeks postpartum, nervous. Marisol met me exactly where I was and rebuilt me carefully. I stand taller now — literally."
